Pipeline Inspection Robot Cables
A pipeline crawler cable is dragged through wet, abrasive and chemically aggressive environments at diameters the pipe can accept. The construction is typically a tight coax or twisted pair with a high-density jacket, aramid fillers for tensile load, and a water-blocked core so a jacket breach does not travel the length of the cable.
