Product introduction
This product is a 5-core power-only watertight (submersible) cable designed for high-power underwater equipment operating in deep water, such as deep-sea ROV thrusters, subsea hydraulic power units, high-capacity pumps and offshore drilling support systems. It provides high current capacity and low voltage drop while maintaining robust watertight integrity and good resistance to dynamic flexing under severe subsea conditions. The cable carries no signal or fibre cores, which makes it a suitable choice for applications that require clean, high-current AC or DC power transmission alone under extreme hydrostatic pressure.

The TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) jacket is designed for prolonged deep-sea immersion. Unlike standard elastomers, this TPU compound offers good hydrolysis resistance, resistance to cathodic disbondment and resistance to marine biofouling adhesion, while retaining excellent abrasion, cut and impact resistance. Reliable performance across a wide temperature range (-40 °C to +105 °C) ensures consistent operation from Arctic waters to tropical seas.
