The seabed monitoring cable is a double-shielded Cat5e construction with stranded pure copper conductors, eight cores in four twisted pairs. Its flexible construction suits installation in free continuous reciprocating motion without forced guidance or strain relief, particularly in industrial applications with frequent bending that demand uniform shielding and stable signal transmission for monitoring, and it resists electromagnetic interference effectively. The seawater-resistant cable uses special imported seawater-resistant materials to cope with complex subsea environments such as subsea vehicles and submersible motors, and a tensile construction can be applied to give the cable high tensile strength.
