The cable contains one RS485 twisted pair for signal transmission and five control cores. The RS485 pair uses a double shield of aluminium foil and tinned copper braid, which protects the signal from external interference. The cable offers high strength, tensile and abrasion resistance and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. The underwater communication cable can be dragged in seawater, sewage and fresh water for long periods.
