- 2 cores 20AWG (0.5 mm²) for power
- 3 pairs 24AWG (0.2 mm²) for signal transmission
Conductor: finely stranded oxygen-free copper, to VDE0295 CLASS6
Insulation: polyethylene
Insulation color: 20AWG - white/black
24AWG - orange/white-orange, blue/white-blue, green/white-green
Tensile layer: aramid braid (200 kg)
Wrapping: non-woven tape
Inner sheath: PUR foam
Outer sheath: PUR
Sheath color: yellow
Outer diameter: 11.3 mm
Temperature range: -30℃~105℃
Properties: oil resistant, flame retardant, hydrolysis resistant, antibacterial, UV resistant.
As marine resources are developed more widely, zero-buoyancy cables are used increasingly. Conventional water cables have a high density and sink into the water, which seriously affects the operation of subsea equipment, whereas a neutrally buoyant cable stays in the water without floating up or sinking and reduces its influence on the equipment in operation.
