The PDK81604-1*2*23AWG set comprises 300m of cable with a full set of underwater connectors. For use with ROVs and other underwater vehicles, the PDK81604-1*2*23AWG is a well-matched solution.

The cable is a 23AWG double-sheathed neutrally buoyant cable, 5.0mm in diameter, with tensile strength above 300kg and a density close to that of seawater. The PUR outer sheath gives the cable a smooth, durable and abrasion-resistant surface. It can be used for subsea power supply or data transmission.

These connectors are designed for subsea equipment and made from high-grade chloroprene rubber with a range of body material options, with high ocean depth ratings (down to 6000m). The robust design keeps the connectors strong and reliable, whether on a vessel deck, on a platform or during deployment at great ocean depth.

The connector set comprises a bulkhead connector (MCBH2F), an in-line connector vulcanised to the cable (MCIL2M), a dummy connector for protection (MCDC2M) and a locking sleeve. The long cable clamp relieves high strain and protects the connector from tensile load.
